I am sadden to even have to write this review, as I came highly recommended to this brand for a lightboard. Well 11 months after having it, it now has flashing like strobe lights blinking an I cant use it. Contacted Artdot with a response of " I am sorry but we can not help you as its out of your window time" I feel 11 month that this board has sat on my desk, not been moved it should not have gone bad!! Highly disappointing that no other option was given, not even a discount to repurchase another one or anything. I highly recommend not purchasing this as the customer service is not helpful at all!
My wife got me this as a present, and it's totally changed my diamond painting experience for the better! It makes such a difference when trying to make out symbols on the canvas. I just use a battery pack, so I can use it anywhere without having to worry about being near an outlet.
The accessories that came with are also great!
I just have the A4 size, but have been considering upgrading to an A3.
They literally broke separating them. The little green tray people get are better made than these. They should not even be able to sell these.
OMGGGG! THIS came so fast and well protected, I bought A1 is humungous!!!! The quality, 3 mode of illumination is exceptional. !100 Recomended

Hi this was my first light pad and its not what I imagined it to be. The stand is so flimsy its not fit for purpose. Ive only used it twice and I am unable to get on with it. I thought it would be something more solid. Sorry for the negative review but a waste of money on my account.
My first light pad (from another company) didn’t work very well but this one sure does! I can’t wait to get a bigger one too. Love how thin and lightweight it is.

I’m disappointed this does not even do ordinary tracing well. The stand provided is too small to support the A1 size properly.
As someone with both shoulder mobility and vision problems, the Light Pad for Diamond Painting allows me to work on canvas which, otherwise, would not be possible. Thank you Art Dot for having such wonderful products.
I had ordered the A1 led light pad through walmart.com. when I got it and opened up the box the power corner was broken, cracked and the side were the cord was not sticking down. For $117.79 you would think that it would of been packaged better that way it wouldn't get broken, it was only in it's original box. I never even got the chance to even use it. Now have to take time out of my day to go return it to Walmart to get my money back and will not buy this board again from art dot. I did love the size. Lost me as a customer.
It's a very nice light board. I don't like the legs it comes with, the board is wobbly because it just balances on them and there are only a few adjustment settings. I don't use them.

This is the best light pad ever! It’s the same size as my drafting table. No more moving my diamond painting canvas around just to get light where I need it!!!
Love this extra lighting from this product! No issue for thicker canvases. Unfortunately like most other light pads the power button is flat and is easily triggered.
