The suction was weakHey, if your vacuum pen's suction is feeling a bit weak, it might be time for a quick check. Sometimes a tiny bit of debris can get lodged in the tip and mess with the airflow. You could try gently cleaning the nozzle with a fine brush or a damp cloth. A good way to test it is by seeing if it can still pick up small, light objects effectively. If that doesn't do the trick, there might be a small leak somewhere along the tube that's letting air escape.

it is a little louder than I expected. I wish it had a metal tip, after one month it is already showing wear. Is the a way to replace the tip?

The tip couls use some updating but its a great product

No was, no sticky residue, no mess. If you want these small but much needed items then go no further. Artdot air pen is your game changing tool. It picks the drills up nicely then put them down perfectly. No mess at all. Goes a lot quicker not having to re wax your pens every few minutes.

I really loved the pen . I bought last month. But now? The pen won’t pickup the drills and didn’t have any replacement tips. Ideas on what to do? Only had it less than a month. Ordered on January received it January 24.i would think it should last a lot longer than half a month. If it woulda kept working I would give a lot better review. So I’m very disappointed!

This tool makes single drill placement so much easier. It's light weight and easy to use. Plus it looks good in my hand :). The size is just right for my hand and the suction is strong but once placed on the canvas there is quick release. Worth the buy.

My pen stopped working after 2 wks. Support care was excellent to do with the pen not picking up. I'm waiting on a replacement coming 👌👌👌👌

Excellent pen for the purpose I bought it: apply special drills, mainly ABs. Very low noise level. Good suction. Just takes some getting used to regarding the position to pick up the drills from the tray.

Works great! Comfortable to hold! Would like to be able to tell when it is fully charged. Light is blue for greater than 75% charged but doesn’t show when 100% charge is reached.

I'm very pleased with the product. It has beautiful graphics and serves its purpose for diamond art. If the second generation is quieter and comes with a built-in light and extra tips, I'd gladly buy the pen again.

It doesn’t have enough power to pick up and hold onto toe dots. Don’t waste your money on this. Very disappointing with such a high price tag.

This wireless DP pen is great. It’s comfortable to hold and has enough suction to easily pick up your drills but it’s quiet enough to allow you to hear your tv or music while using it. It’s much easier not being attached to tubing and the rabbit design is adorable. I think this is an essential for everyone’s Diamond Painting accessories. It lasts for hours after it’s charged

It is an amazing tool, l so love it and my daughter ordered her one on 11/26/25. She through it was great. Doing my diamond work was easier, faster and neat. Seeing how the stones lay perfectly is amazing.

Well, I just got it and started using it, and so far it’s awesome! I’ll come back and post again if something changes but here’s my video review. I picked it up during Black Friday days so the price was right also.

This is my third diamond painting vacuum pen, and I think this is the best. It is quieter than another handheld vacuum pen that I purchased months ago. I love the design and the comfortability. I might buy another one next month just to have or give away. Thank you, ArtDot, for making an affordable vacuum pen.

I just received the Artdot vacuum pen after waiting 13 days (processing time and international shipping).

I've only used it for about an hour so far. So, my opinion will most likely change after consistent use. It came in a nice box with a c cord and instructions. The pen is rechargable - so no cords to fuss with while diamond painting. I haven't used it while charging, so not sure if that's an option. It was charged when I received it. I charged it for about 10 min so that I was working with a full charge. It has an on/off button and charging indicator lights. It is very easy to turn on or off.

The noise level is minimal. Compared to my current vacuum pen's lowest setting, it is a little bit louder, but quieter than the middle setting. It has a slight vibration in your hand. Not anything that is excessive just a bit noticeable.

It feels nice in my hand. I have arthritis and strength issues. I had no issues holding it as it is light and comfortable. But, I held it a bit differently than I normally would. The bottom of the pen towards the tip has nubs where you can place your fingers, but I placed mine a little higher. It has a plastic tip which could potentially break or wear down. The tip is not replaceable. It was easy enough to place the drills with it as I had no visual or placement issues.

I've read a few other reviews of the Artdot vacuum pen and wanted to mention. I'm pretty sensitive to excessive noise (can't listen to ASMR videos). There was mention of it dropping drills. I only noticed dropped drills if I didn't set it directly on the drill, but a little off to the side. It could be a little stronger with the vacuum, but then on the other hand people will complain it picks up more than one drill at a time. There is no multi-placer tips. I imagine eventually they will come out with one or a solution. I don't think this version would be good for a multi-placer.

I recommend it if you want a cordless version.

This is the best vacuum pen I own and I think I may own all of the recent vacuum pens. This pen is comfortable, easy to use and works with all drill types. It is a little pricey, but work it. My only question is; Will there be extra tips? I am a hard presser.
