How much is the shipping cost?

What country do you ship to?
Our products can be shipped to the United States, Canada, The United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and Australia. Other countries are not in our delivery zone at that moment, but we will try our best to support them soon.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. In addition to offering great customer service to our customers, we value our employees and do not typically process orders on weekends or major holidays.
How long will it take for my package to arrive once it is shipped?

How do I check my order status?
When your package has shipped, a tracking number will be provided to your account and you will receive a tracking number notification email as well.
You can track your order by below two ways
1) Log in to your account to check your order shipping
2) Track your parcel by entering your tracking number via https://www.17track.net/
I only received part of my order, what should I do?
Please kindly note that for multi-parcel orders, we will only update one tracking number.
So if you have purchased more than one product and only received part of the order, please contact us first at support@artdot.com. We will help you check if there are any other in transit parcels.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped?
We encourage you to check your address details carefully before submitting your order. If you need to change the address details once your order is being delivered, you will be charged a service fee to process the new shipment. The fee will depend on the specific circumstances and charges from the shipping company.
