Welcome to the ARTDOT Affiliate Program! By participating in this program, you (hereinafter referred to as "Affiliate") agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or participate in this program.

1. Application and Approval

1.1 Eligibility

• Affiliates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in their country or region of residence.

• If the Affiliate is a minor, written consent must be provided by their parent or legal guardian.

1.2 Approval Rights

• ARTDOT reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion, without providing a reason.

• Affiliates must provide accurate and truthful information. If any false information is detected (e.g., using someone else’s social media account or website link), ARTDOT reserves the right to remove the affiliate and withhold any unpaid commissions.

• Upon approval, affiliates will receive a unique affiliate link and marketing tools for promotion.

2. Promotion Methods and Responsibilities

2.1 Compliant Promotion

Affiliates must promote ARTDOT products through legal and ethical means, including but not limited to:

• Personal websites, blogs, or social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).

• Email marketing (with user consent).

• Offline activities or other legitimate promotional channels.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

1. Brand Misuse:

◦ Using ARTDOT’s brand name or variations (including trademarks and domains) to register websites or social media accounts.

◦ Using ARTDOT logos, trademarks, or branding materials without proper authorization.

2. Fraudulent Traffic and Activities:

◦ Sending spam emails or using traffic bots.

◦ Making purchases through their own affiliate links or from their own IP addresses or devices to earn commissions.

2. Inappropriate Content:

◦ Promoting ARTDOT products on platforms containing pornographic, discriminatory, or offensive content.

◦ Publishing any content that defames ARTDOT or its products.

4. Restricted Paid Advertising:

◦ Bidding on ARTDOT brand-related keywords or terms on platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads.

◦ Paid advertising is allowed, but the landing page must be the affiliate’s own site. Direct linking to ARTDOT’s official website is prohibited.

5. Reselling Products:

◦ Reselling free or gifted products for commercial purposes.

3. Commissions and Payments

3.1 Commission Rules

• Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn 10%-15% commission on each sale they generate, based on the net revenue of the order.

◦ Net Revenue Definition: Order value after deducting taxes, shipping fees, discounts, gift card payments, and transaction fees.

• Commission Eligibility:

◦ Commissions are paid only on successfully completed and non-refunded orders.

◦ If an order is refunded or disputed, the corresponding commission will be deducted from future payouts.

• Cookie Duration:

◦ Commissions are earned on purchases completed via affiliate links or discount codes.

◦ Cookie duration is 30 days, meaning any purchase made within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link will earn a commission.

3.2 Payment Process

• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal.

• Affiliates must provide accurate PayPal account information. ARTDOT is not responsible for payment failures due to incorrect account details.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

4.1 Content and Trademark Usage

• All trademarks, logos, and marketing materials provided by ARTDOT ("Brand Materials") remain the property of ARTDOT.

• Affiliates may use Brand Materials solely for promotional purposes within the scope of this Agreement.

• Content created by affiliates (e.g., photos, videos, text):

◦ ARTDOT retains a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, perpetual right to use affiliate-generated content for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes.

◦ Affiliates retain a non-exclusive right to use their content for personal promotion.

4.2 Prohibited Trademark Misuse

Affiliates may not:

• Register domains or social media accounts containing ARTDOT’s brand name or any confusingly similar variations.

• Use trademarks, service marks, or icons that could be mistaken for ARTDOT’s branding.

5. Account Management and Termination

5.1 Account Management

• Affiliates must keep their account information accurate and up-to-date.

• Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws. For U.S.-based affiliates with annual commissions exceeding $600, a completed W-9 form must be submitted.

5.2 Termination Policy

• ARTDOT’s Rights:

◦ ARTDOT reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

◦ If terminated due to violations, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

• Affiliate’s Rights:

◦ Affiliates may leave the program at any time by providing written notice.

• Post-Termination Obligations:

◦ Affiliates must cease using all ARTDOT Brand Materials and remove any related promotional content.

6. Revisions to the Terms

ARTDOT reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be published on the affiliate platform, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
