It can't ship to my address, what's going on?
If the notification "This order can't be shipped to the address you entered" appears at checkout, it means that the product you ordered is out of stock in your country. To stay updated on the product restocking, kindly subscribe to our email channel.
What country do you ship to?
Our products can be shipped to the United States, Canada, The United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and Australia.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Las Palmasor, British Forces, and Military APO/FPO addresses are not in our delivery zone at that moment, but we will try our best to support these areas soon.
Do you accept shipping to P.O. Box address?
Please note that delivery to a P.O. Box is not available, kindly enter your physical address.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. In addition to offering great customer service to our customers, we value our employees and do not typically process orders on weekends or major holidays.
How long will it take for my package to arrive once it is shipped?
The estimated delivery for most orders is 2-5 business days. Please note that the estimated delivery times are subject to delays and changes.
How do I check my order status?
When your package has shipped, a tracking number will be provided to your account and you will receive a tracking number notification email as well.
You can track your order in two ways
1) Log in to your account to check your order shipping
2) Track your parcel by entering your tracking number via https://www.17track.net/
If the order is marked as shipped but you can not have the tracking information, kindly please contact the ARTDOT Support Team by providing their order ID for further assistance.
I only received part of my order, what should I do?
Please kindly note that for multi-parcel orders, we will only update one tracking number.
So if you have purchased more than one product and only received part of the order, please contact us first at support@artdot.com. We will help you check if there are any other in-transit parcels.
My package is lost/out of delivery, can I get a refund or a replacement?
Yes, we can offer a replacement if the parcel is lost. But you need to pay the shipping fee for the replacement. One thing to note is that if the parcel was out of delivery or lost as a result of an incorrect shipping address, we will not offer a replacement nor give a refund.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped?
We encourage you to check your address details carefully before submitting your order. If you need to change the address details once your order is delivered, you will be charged a service fee to process the new shipment. The fee will depend on the specific circumstances and charges from the shipping company.
